A Tour Guide's best tips
• I've been a tour guide for two years now. The first thing I do in an emergency is to call an ambulance or the police. Then I call Erika's emergency assistance line, and they guide me through what to do next.
• Providing cash on the spot for travelers who've had something stolen is always appreciated. I call Erika first to check that it's OK - usually it is.
