Customer advice about packing
• Bring an eye mask if you're going on an overnight flight. It just makes it much easier to sleep.
• Pack your toothbrush and toothpaste in your carry-on bag, so you can brush your teeth just before landing. It makes your vacation feel fresher right from the start.
• Bring one change of clothing - or at least underwear - in your carry-on bag, just in case your checked luggage is delayed, lost or stolen.
• I always bring enough underwear for one week - or if I'll be away for less time, for as many days as I'll be gone.
• When packing, layer your clothes one over the other. Hang the legs of your trousers over the edge of the suitcase, then place the next item of clothing right on top. Fold the legs over the second item of clothing, and it will act as a buffer so your trousers don't get wrinkled.
• Iron your clothes before packing. It'll make them flatter, and you can pack more.
